What does a website cost?+
The cost depends on your pages, content, and functionality. We agree on a scope and quote before work starts, so you know what is included and can make an informed decision.
Do I need all my content ready?+
You can start with an idea. We help map the pages and information your visitors need, then agree on who provides the words, images, and any specialist content.
How long does a project take?+
We set a realistic timeline after understanding the scope. The size of the website, content readiness, technical features, and feedback all shape the schedule.
Can I update the website myself?+
We agree how future changes will be made before launch. Updates to text, photos, or pages can be arranged as website care. A self-service admin dashboard or custom content system is not included in the current offer.
What happens after launch?+
We agree on hosting, maintenance, and any ongoing support before the project begins. You will know what is included in the build and what needs a separate arrangement afterwards.
Will I own the website and domain?+
Ownership, source access, and account access are set out in your agreement. We discuss your domain, hosting, and any licensed services before the build, so you understand what you control and what has a recurring cost.
Can you work with my existing branding?+
Yes. We can build around the identity you already have, including your logo, colours, and photography. If those need attention, we define that work separately instead of assuming a full rebrand.
What kinds of websites do you build?+
We build frontend business websites, landing pages, portfolios, and informational sites with galleries and contact options. Online stores, checkout systems, customer accounts, databases, and custom backends are not part of our current services.
Will the website appear on Google?+
We plan a sensible search foundation, including page titles, descriptions, content structure, and indexability. Search rankings depend on many factors; ongoing content and SEO work are separate from the website build.
What do you need from me to get started?+
A short explanation of your business, who you want to reach, and what the website should help them do. Bring any existing website, brand files, content, or references you have. You do not need a finished brief to start the conversation.
What IT support can you help with?+
We offer remote help for people at home and small businesses: computer troubleshooting, software and settings, email questions, and website updates. We first check whether the issue can be handled remotely. On-site visits and physical hardware repairs are not available.
How does remote support work?+
Tell us what is happening and which device is affected. We agree what help is suitable and arrange a session using AnyDesk or a similar remote-access tool. You approve the connection and can end the session. You will need an internet connection and a device that can use the agreed tool.
Can I get help with my computer at home?+
Yes. Remote support is available for personal and home computers as well as small businesses. You do not need a business to ask for help. If the issue needs hands-on work or a physical repair, we explain that before arranging a session.
